For your saftey the unit has an alarm, remote and separate entrance. If you want to braai that will depend on if the front house has been let separately or not but if not you are welcome to use the front garden and braai.
Outside shower and washing lines in the sunny north side court yard are communal. Ideal for one or two persons on a budget for short to medium stays.
