Beacon Island Week: 3-10 December 2022 (2 x 4 sleeper rooms)

Hi, we have 2 units available during Week 49: 03-Dec-22 (Saturday) - 10-Dec-22 (Saturday) at the Beacon Island Hotel. The unit numbers are Week 123 (view over pool area and main beach – see photo) and Week 233 (view directly to sea). Both are 4 sleepers (they incl. 1 x sleeper coach), ideal for 2 Adults and 2 Children.
Price R20,000 per unit or R38,000 if both are taken.
Please take note of the following notice from the Beacon Island General Manager:
As an owner of week 48 and 49 at the Beacon Island Resort, you no doubt have had firsthand experience of the teenagers flocking to Plettenberg Bay to enjoy the year end celebrations over this period and understand the impact thereof. “Matric Rage” is expected to return to their usual numbers and location.
As things currently stand, this year’s peak week for such will fall in week 49 (3ʳᵈ - 10ᵗʰ December). With the difference in many school calendars and due to the examination dates, some level of activity for week 48.
As a result of a change in demographic over this time period, with the expectation that a large majority of the guests will be school leavers, the normal entertainment program will be adjusted accordingly.

Please note the below points:
• Resident-armband must be worn at all times – access to the resort will not be permitted without it
• Occupation of Units:
- maximum of 2 pre-booked residents in a 2 bedded room
- maximum of 4 pre-booked residents in a 4 bedded room
• All rooms MUST be available for cleaning between 08h30 – 14h00 daily
• No toasters or cooking appliances are permitted in the rooms
• The throwing of any items out of room windows or over corridor walls will not be tolerated
• Please keep room doors closed / locked at all times
• No visitors are permitted on the pool deck or in the rooms
• No personal drinks will be permitted in any restaurant, bar or on the pool deck
• No smoking or vaping is permitted on the resort
• No Hubbly Bubblies, e-cigarettes are permitted at the resort, or in the rooms
• No loud music or noise permitted on the floors
• Please keep your room tidy
• Please do not lounge around in the corridors
• No towels / laundry to be hung over balcony walls or out of room windows
• All terms of residence apply as per the signed resort registration card
In the unlikely event that any of the above detailed points are contravened, you will leave us no option but to ask you to leave the resort.
